How do our offers work?
Our birthday offers are characterized by the fact that children can actively participate in what is happening on the farm. The program usually includes a guided visit to the animals (goats, chickens, pigs, cows, …) and the children help the farmer or his employees with the work on the farm (feeding the goats, collecting the eggs, .. .) ). In addition, children can be taken in a trailer (maximum number of participants including adults = 30!) to the old farmhouse where they can play in the hay barn.

Of course, we adapt the program to the age and abilities of the children, for example by offering more breaks. So far, this could take place in (almost) any weather, so dress your children accordingly. Please keep in mind! As we are a real farm, it may happen that we have to adjust our program at short notice and unfortunately we cannot guarantee you 100% that everything will go as planned.

What are the options?
– Simple: After the official 2.5-hour program, you can use our multi-purpose room to celebrate the children’s birthday party properly. You can eat your cake (brought by you). (We are happy to provide you with our kitchen with cutlery, plates and cups.)

– BBQ: We grill with sausages from our own production.
(Vegan/Vegetarian/Halal options available.)

Do we need to bring paper plates etc?
We are happy to provide you with our kitchen with cutlery, plates and cups, please refrain from bringing single-use items to the farm.

What about decoration, giweaways etc?
We try to be as conscious as possible about our emprint on the environment, so please refrain from bringing single use decorations and or giweawyas.

Do we provide Invitations?
We have chosen not to offer paper invitations due to the environmental footprint.

What about the pricing?
– A birthday party costs 300 euros for up to 15 children.
– (Additional costs per participant €20, but max. 20-25 children depending on age).
– The barbecue costs 5 € per person for each. (Apple juice included.)

And payement?
– You can either pay cash, via payconiq or bank transfer, after the event. Please understand that we can not accept payements in advance.

So what do you need to do to get an appointment?
If you are interested, you can check our  online calendar for free places.
Please note:
– We do not offer any activities on Sundays and public holidays. (All reservations on these days are made by external partners who rent our premises.)
– We need time between activities to take care of the farm, and humans and animals also need a break.

If you have found something suitable, please send us:
1. Your desired date + time.
2. The number of children and adults.
3. Options such as grill.
4. Your address and cell phone number.
5. First name and age of the child whose birthday it is.
– You will then receive an offer from us with our  General Terms and Conditions, which you confirm in order to complete the reservation. (A simple e-mail with “OK for offer XXX and terms and conditions” is sufficient for us
– If you do not confirm the offer within 10 working days, we take the liberty to free the date for other activities.
– Confirmed appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to one month in advance.
